How to Delete Your SquadZon Account

You can permanently delete your SquadZon account directly within the app:

1. Open the SquadZon app
2. Go to Profile → Settings
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Confirm the deletion request

If you are unable to access the app, you may request deletion by contacting us at:

Please include your registered email address or username in the request.

What Data Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Profile information (username, email, avatar)
• Chat messages
• Friends and clan memberships
• Game coin balances
• Premium status
• Stored preferences

What Data May Be Retained

Some data may be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, or security purposes, including:

• Transaction records related to in-app purchases (retained for the period required by applicable tax and consumer-protection law, typically up to 5 years)
• Fraud prevention and abuse logs (retained for up to 12 months)
• Limited system logs necessary for security and compliance

Retained data is stored only for the period required by applicable law and then securely deleted.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days. Once deleted, your account cannot be restored.
